Jimmy Boudourakis - Owner/Trainer
Has been a trainer for 24 years and has a master certification in ACE, NFPT, and ISSA. Jimmy was born and raised in Brooklyn. His family moved to Long Island where he attended Sachem High School. He is a professional MMA fighter and a guru of fitness and exercise. Jimmy Started boxing at the tender age of 5. He has been working alongside some of the best trainers and athletes in the world. He holds multiple black belts and has had an outstanding amateur and professional MMA career. Jimmy has the expertise and tools to get any person, of any age, in shape.
Vincent DeRiso - Owner/Trainer
Vincent has been a trainer for 3 years under the guidance of his partner Jimmy. He grew up in Northport and went to Northport High School where he played and started for the football team. After high school he went on to play college football at Nassau Community College. Vincent specializes in plyo-metrics and Cardio endurance. He is currently an amateur kickboxing fighter with a 2-0 record with 2 KO. He is pursuing a path to become an amateur MMA fighter, followed by Professional MMA fighter status. he is being trained by Jimmy.
Chris Oddsen - Owner/Trainer
Chris has been a trainer for 10 years. He is certified by ISSA and NFPT. He was born and raised in Northport and went to Northport High School. His main goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals. He specializes in weight reduction and core training. He is a certified kickboxing instructor and teaches women self-defense. He believes that to be a successful personal trainer you must care about your clients and their personal needs, and that's what Chris does everyday.
